We provide backup services to a lot of our clients. These are usually backup for key files/folders at site (within servers, or on desktops), Google, Dropbox & Office 365 as well as various others.

Our backup services utilise datacenters within the UK & EU and are replicated to secondary storage for resilience. All of our backup services utilise AES 256 encryption and our suppliers are world leaders in this field.

If clients lose a key file, or a folder/mailbox is corrupted etc we can often restore it to them rapidly from a former save point, so they can carry on with business as usual.

Often, clients are concerned about security when they speak to us. Especially in the last few years, as businesses are frequently targeted by attacks. Cybersecurity is now a global priority as these attacks become more common and sophisticated.

We offer various options for security to our smaller/growing clients, often initially recommending a professional Endpoint (Antivirus/Antimalware) service for every device as well as a strong Email Security option (90%+ of Malware is delivered via email today).

It’s important for clients to think of security in tandem with other aspects of the business (BCDR/backup, internal IT policies etc) to really get the most out of their setup. We will always try to advise in the best way possible with a holistic approach that we are well known for.

We provide IT Support via two partners at our side (all of our clients who currently utilise us for IT support are aware of this, as we are always very transparent).

Dependant on size/requirements of the client, they are managed by one of these two above partners. Both partners are based in the UK, upholding the same great responsiveness and service that we are known for. We are still here to assist with advice/projects, billing and escalations but this frees us up to provide stellar service across the rest of our core portfolio.
