Office 365

We are a Microsoft partner, and provide Office 365 licencing to many of our clients. Most commonly Business Standard, Business Premium and Exchange-only licensing, but we have access to all of Microsoft’s licensing.

Generally we either provide just the licensing (client-managed) or provide full management of the Office 365 licences and Tenancy (most common). We can then assist with administration, new starters/leavers, policies and reporting as well as various other aspects of 365.

Often we assist clients with day to day operation of their Microsoft 365 services, as part of our management of it. We can also quote to assist on projects (renewal/consolidation of licensing, migrations and deployments into Sharepoint).

Losing data is never fun. Microsoft does back up data to a degree with retention policies and Sharepoint, however as a business clients are responsible for their own data (if Microsoft lose some data, a client accidentally deletes it permanently or a mailbox corrupts they are not responsible for fixing this for them).

Often we supply to clients a backup service that plugs into 365 and backs up their important data often, securely and in a way that it is protected should anything happen. Making it easy to carry on business as usual if there is a loss of data that would otherwise be devastasting.

Our backup services utilise datacenters within the UK & EU and are replicated to secondary storage for resilience. All of our backup services utilise AES 256 encryption and our suppliers are world leaders in this field.

Some clients wish to set up Signatures across their estate, so that they have professional email signatures that are standardised (whether sending from laptop/desktop, mobile, web or tablet). We can assist with this, and are partnered with the global market leader in this field.
